What is our 'Order Policy'?

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation neither signifies our acceptance of your order nor constitutes confirmation of our offer to sell. Surya reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Surya reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We reserve the right, if the product you order becomes unavailable, to supply you with an upgrade product if possible. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Do Sales Taxes apply to your purchase?

Surya will automatically charge and withhold the applicable New York Sales Tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

What are our Payment Methods?

Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards such as Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®. Please make sure that you provide accurate billing and shipping information to speed up order processing.

What is our Shipping Policy?

Surya ships only within the Continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to APO or FPO addresses within the United States. Shipping charges are usually determined by the weight of your order and by the destination of your shipment. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of your order. All shipments are subject to the Distributor's stock availability.

How do we handle Backordered Products?

We do our best to keep track of our Distributor's inventory. Sometimes, however our Manufacturers and Distributors do not tell us when they run out of an item. If you do order a backordered item we will notify you by e-mail of the backorder status and we will ship it to you as soon as the product becomes available.

What about Discontinued or Unavailable products?

The Customer Will be informed through the email about the unavailability or discontinuity of the product as soon as the order is being placed.

Do we allow order cancellations?

Orders once placed at Surya cannot be cancelled as they are transmitted electronically to our various Manufacturers and Distributors. Therefore, please exercise utmost care and caution while placing your orders. Surya reserves the right to reject or refuse any order placed without prior notification.

What is our Return Policy?

If a technology or non-technology product arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 days from the date you receive it to return it and we will gladly replace it for you at no charge to you. However, certain items are non-returnable such as used (or opened) grocery items, used (or opened) garments, used (or opened) beauty products etc.. If you would like to return an undamaged or non-defective product, you may exchange it for another product of even value within 30 days of purchase with proper receipt and proof of purchase. However, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and associated shipping charges.

What constitutes Non-returnable items?

Here's our sample list of Non-returnable items to give you an idea: Opened grocery items, opened beauty products, opened music products, opened garments, just to name a few!

Do we allow Refunds?

We will accept returns according to our return policies. No refunds are allowed.

What about Warranties?

All manufacturer's warranties apply to products such as 220V Appliances and Watches.
